Luisa Fuentes is the founder of Rayito de Sol, an award-winning Spanish immersion school and childcare center. Her vision for Rayito de Sol is to provide children with access to cultural awareness, diversity, inclusion, and language acquisition from the earliest stages of their education.

G.L.O.W. is a corporation dedicated to fostering, advancing, and administering charitable and educational endeavors in accordance with section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986. Our primary objective is to promote early childhood development and enhance general educational opportunities in South America and Hispanic countries.
We aim to raise awareness of these needs and associated issues within the United States through education, emphasizing cultural education and understanding. Additionally, our mission includes facilitating cultural exchanges between the United States and these regions to encourage collaboration and deeper cultural understanding.

The International Association of Early Childhood Education advocates for the importance of early education and the establishment of emotional bonds among children from different nations. The development of this linguistic and cultural educational approach will contribute to shaping future generations that are more tolerant, respectful, and understanding, capable of facing global challenges with an open and supportive mindset while maintaining the authenticity of their Hispanic identity.

Life Changing Project is a groundbreaking collaboration between Rayito de Sol Spanish Immersion Early Learning Centers and the community of Chincheros in Cusco, Peru. This pilot project aims to revolutionize education in Latin America by providing exceptional multilingual education in Spanish, English, and the native language.
In addition to education, our collective mission extends to tackling childhood anemia, which affects over 43% of children in Peru. Childhood anemia has severe consequences on physical and cognitive development, limiting life opportunities and hindering the ability to reach one's highest potential.
